I Want To Tune In

Sit back and take a deep breath. Take another. 

Notice your sensation of your body in your chair. Notice the feeling of whatever is contacting the soles of your feet.

Notice where you feel movement when you breathe. Your ribs? Your collarbone? Your nostrils? Notice. 

Notice temperature of your hands. Are they warm? Cool? Cold? Not good not bad, but noticing. Facts, not story.

Notice your posture. Not to change it, not to judge it. But to notice it.

Take two more breaths and come back to your environment.

You may be a bit more present right now. Our brains are amazing and our bodies are amazing too. Use them both.
