The Essentials Course is a core set of skills to help you stay calm under pressure, look after yourself and your team, and thrive in a complex environment. Twice a week for four weeks, we will share a specific skill that will help you in the upcoming week. We give you suggestions on how to practice these skills so that they can become part of your regular tool kit. With practice, each skill will shift from requiring conscious effort to becoming ‘competently unconscious” – just like driving a car.
